We provide educational workshops and coaching on technical analysis and momentum indicator entry timing. Our services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

3. Bookings and payment

Workshop places are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Balance payments are due fourteen days before the session start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is by bank transfer; we do not process card payments through this website. Prices quoted on our website are in GBP and may be updated; confirmed bookings honour the price stated at booking.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, workbooks, annotated chart materials, logos, and design — is owned by Vision Pathhub Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written consent. Workshop participants receive a personal licence to use printed workbooks for their own trading education; redistribution is not permitted.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website: no unauthorised access to our systems, no transmission of malicious code, no scraping that impairs site performance, and no use of our contact forms for unsolicited marketing. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Pathhub Ltd shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit arising from your use of our educational content or attendance at workshops. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
