Refund Policy

This policy applies to workshops, RSI deep dive sessions, and one-to-one coaching booked with Vision Pathhub Ltd. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Workshop deposits and balances

The Momentum Entry Timing Workshop requires a £120 deposit to secure a place. The remaining balance is due fourteen days before day one. Deposits are refundable under the cancellation windows below.

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 28 days before start: Full refund of deposit and any balance paid.
• 15–28 days before start: Deposit retained; any balance paid is refunded.
• Less than 15 days before start: No refund. You may transfer your place to another person at no extra fee if you notify us at least 48 hours before start.

3. Rescheduling by you

One free reschedule to a later workshop date within twelve months is available if requested more than 15 days before the original start. Reschedule requests within 15 days are treated as cancellation (deposit retained) plus a new booking.

4. RSI Deep Dive and coaching sessions

• More than 7 days before session: Full refund.
• 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before or no-show: No refund.

Remote coaching requires at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty.

5. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a workshop or session — for example due to instructor illness or venue issues — you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date at your choice. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you incurred.

6. Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already dispatched when cancellation occurs within 15 days of a workshop
• Completed coaching sessions
• Private group workshops after materials preparation has begun (defined as annotated charts sent to the group organiser)

7. Partial refunds

If you attend day one of a two-day workshop but cannot attend day two due to documented emergency, we may offer a partial credit toward a future session at our discretion. This is not automatic.

8. Refund process and timing

Email hello@vision-pathhub.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within 14 working days. You will receive email confirmation when processed.

9. Work already started

Pre-workshop chart review begins when you submit captures two weeks before day one. Cancelling after we have delivered annotated pre-work does not change refund windows above, but printed materials dispatched are non-refundable as stated in section 6.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. For services booked at a distance, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
